Ms. Papadakis joined Rosenwasser / Grossman Consulting Engineers, P.C. in 2002 and currently holds the title of Controller. Her introduction to Rosenwasser / Grossman began at an early age. Lili assisted her father, Jacob Grossman, by typing and editing speeches, articles, and many technical publications. As Controller, Lili now holds the position of managing the accounting department. Aided by an amazing support staff, Lili manages to keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes. Her current responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, payroll, advertising, marketing, mentoring new hires and the younger generation of employees, and meeting with vendors and clients. Her expertise in Business Management and Communications has allowed Lili to create a pleasant work environment where the staff feels positive, motivated and appreciated.
