Mr. Carrelli joined Rosenwasser / Grossman Consulting Engineers, P.C. in 1979. As the head of the inspection team, he has worked on a plethora of projects ranging in magnitude to assure construction compliance as specified in the contract documents produced by RGCE. During his tenure, Nicholas has inspected a wide array of existing buildings both within and outside the company’s portfolio to assess structural conditions. He is heavily involved in the formal review process of shop drawing submissions for projects under construction. His trained eye is excellent at spotting inconsistent detailing and non-conforming design submissions. Mr. Carrelli also manages the special inspection body of the firm to assure field demands for inspections are met in a timely efficient manner.
