Mr. Semadar joined Rosenwasser / Grossman Consulting Engineers, P.C. in 1999. Starting out as a concrete rebar placement inspector Omri has gained extensive field experience. After 5 years of day-to-day field work Omri began as a project engineer and designer. Today he is an Associate with RGCE whose current responsibilities include initial project design, project management, structural design of project, and field inspection. He is also the lead engineer for all existing concrete repair work with numerous parking garage repair projects successfully implemented throughout New York City.

QPSI Certified
Mr. Semadar received his Qualified Parking Structural Inspector (QPSI) certification in September 2022 for the recent Department of Buildings mandate 1RCNY§103-13. Since certified, Mr. Semadar has inspected and successfully filed compliance reports for parking garages throughout NYC. He has worked with parking garage owners on a case-by-case basis to provide the appropriate repair procedures and subsequent construction documents.
