Mr. Carleton joined Rosenwasser / Grossman Consulting Engineers, P.C. in 2006. Rick is an ACI Certified Special Inspector with over 10 years of experience performing controlled inspections on high rise structures. His primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, correction and approval of shop drawings, field inspection of historical buildings and ongoing new construction, structural design, and the operation of technology to monitor and survey existing conditions.
