Dr. Huang joined Rosenwasser / Grossman Consulting Engineers, P.C. in 2016 and is a senior structural engineer. Before joining RGCE, he worked in the industry of tensile membrane steel structures with considerable design experience of large-span steel structures. He also earned his Ph.D. in the structural engineering field with the focus on numerical modeling and analysis of post-tensioning concrete structures from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Huang’s interest and passion of exploring new technologies such as nonlinear optimization and machine learning in the design practice brought him to RGCE to embrace modern engineering challenges.
