Dr. Liao joined Rosenwasser / Grossman Consulting Engineers, P.C. in 2006. He has been involved in a multitude of projects in every single phase of design and construction across the industry including residential and hotel buildings, commercial buildings, government and cultural facilities, and numerous renovation projects. His deep understanding of building design and performance has been substantially helpful for the clients and the design teams especially in the areas of lateral design, tall buildings, and peer review.
